I think that MeToo was a huge reason why a lot of young men went to the right. The weird thing is that MeToo was very similar to gun control activism, in that very little of substance was accomplished but the diffuse internet cultural sphere it created ended up making gun owners/young men feel that the left hates me and are now voting Republican.
I don't think a war with Venezuela is unpopular but boots on the ground are, and Trump has enough to political instinct to know the difference.
I feel like you are one of the few liberals who has genuine insight into how conservatives actually think, than the absolute strawmans we generally get, which I find a little weird because you are, far as I can tell, sympathetic to, if not a straight up radical feminist.
I am lol. I just was a weird child so was generally very quiet in public and did a lot of careful observation to figure out how "normal" people worked, and even though I grew out of the worst of it, I still am pretty aware of human behavior in a way that most people aren't
The most fascinating thing about the poll is that 23% of young Democratic women think feminism has gone too far than older Democratic women. Seems to be a generation thing.
